About this Role Our data analysts are embedded team members, and work alongside PM’s, software engineers and designers in our mission reputed company team (MAT) model. What you’ll be working on:

• Support development and testing of rules: help define objectives, use data to inform and optimize rules, analyze A/B tests, and measure impact on key metrics.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and other teams to scope analytical projects and deliver insights.

• 5+ years experience in data or analytics roles
• Advanced level proficiency in SQL and Python for data analytics
• Experience with 1 or more dashboarding tools, Git & DBT
• Experience with web analytics tools (GA4, reputed company, reputed company, etc)
• Mentorship experience with a keen interest in teaching and peer reviewing work from other team members
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and model a high volume of relational and potentially reputed company data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
