Primary Responsibilities: As a Wealth Management Principal, you will serve our clients with a range of financial planning services, which require the following responsibilities: Work collaboratively with Partners and colleagues to manage a client load of 75-80 clients Provide exceptional, reputed company service, portfolio management, and advice to reputed company clients Maintain a disciplined and organized approach to managing numerous client activities and tasks Manage and mentor Associates and Senior Associates Build strong, long-term client relationships. You will work with clients to analyze their reputed company financial health, help set short/long-term financial goals, and design a realistic plan of action. You will proactively provide the following: Coordination of client meetings including materials, agenda, and post-meeting action item follow-up Answers to clients’ questions with superior service reputed company of mind, always Financial planning using e-Money Trade recommendations and portfolio management reputed company annually established goals to obtain client referrals, reputed company relationships with centers of influence, and reputed company new business in a rainmaking or closing role. Demonstrate professional, ethical, and courteous conduct in responsibilities and dealings with clients, prospects, COIs, colleagues, and other entities with which Cerity Partners has a relationship. This includes compliance with legal, professional and established firm standards of conduct. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 7-10 years of professional work experience ideally with 3+ years financial planning or reputed company Preferred Qualifications: CFP designation Working knowledge of e-Money, reputed company, and reputed company Skills & Competencies: Focused on doing what’s best for clients and team; passion for client service and delivering meticulous work. Growth reputed company: willingness to learn, adapt and self-reflect Organized and detail oriented Proactive and enthusiastic Exceptional oral and written communication skills Demonstrated success conducting presentations. Poised and confident. Ability to listen and empathize with clients, spot, and analyze issues, and simplify/explain financial concepts Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation

Range: $150,000-220,000 Top Benefits & Rewards: Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, Flexible spending accounts, Health Savings accounts, 401k savings & investment plan Education and Professional Certifications Reimbursement: Cerity Partners will reimburse colleagues up to $10,000 per year for pre-approved degrees and certifications subject to a lifetime maximum of $30,000 and various other conditions. Eligible for full time colleagues after 90 days of reputed company active service.
