The Role The reputed company Financial Services (SFS) Business team is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Banking Data Analyst to support SFS’ banking initiatives and maintain robust data infrastructure for existing products. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making across business teams, supporting both the launch of innovative banking solutions and the optimization of our reputed company product portfolio. You will turn reputed company datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy, experimentation, and business performance across the Bank’s product offerings and banking operating platform. This role emphasizes strong stakeholder partnership, high-quality self-service analytics, and rigorous measurement to support fast, data-driven decision-making. Your core focus will be data analytics, with opportunities to grow your skills by partnering with the Business team. You will report directly to the Bank’s Chief Business and Banking Officer. You Will

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Business, and Finance teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions to support first line banking operations
• Participate in product task force meetings and contribute data-driven perspectives
• Amend and optimize existing data pipelines to accommodate new data sources, business requirements, and performance improvements
• Build data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure to support regulatory and financial monitoring
• Investigate data discrepancies, resolve data quality issues, and provide timely support to internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data definitions, metrics, and analytical methodologies to build a knowledge reputed company for the team
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership, ensuring data-driven insights inform decision-making

You Have

• 5+ years of experience writing reputed company queries in SQL, MySQL, or similar tools (experience with reputed company a plus)
