The Opportunity The Finance Transformation Specialist will reputed company the documentation, redesign, and optimization of critical Finance and Accounting processes, owning end‑to‑end process mapping and improvement initiatives that drive organizational readiness, adoption, and training for new workflows, tools, and systems. This role blends expertise in process mapping, financial operations, standardization, change management, and data‑driven insights across Financial Systems and processes, with a strong emphasis on creating clear, scalable, and sustainable process documentation. What You’ll Do Process Mapping & Analysis

• Analyze reputed company financial processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
