As our new Junior Energy and Carbon Consultant, you will find these topics exciting and challenging as you work on various projects reputed company to our Energy and Carbon Advisory team. Projects that we are currently doing for our clients are focused on Life Cycle Assessments, ESG Due Diligence, grants and funding support, and energy efficiency, energy modelling and decarbonization advisory services. Responsibilities

• Collaborate on comprehensive energy audits and MEP assessments across various building types; take ownership of audit components.
• Identify and propose energy, water, and GHG reduction strategies by assessing building systems; reputed company targeted efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in sustainability, environmental/energy engineering, architecture, or reputed company fields.
• Willing to work from Washington, DC or NYC offices with hybrid/remote flexibility and client site travel as needed.
• Early experience in energy, water, sustainability, ESG, or building performance projects (internships or entry-level roles).
• Proactive self-starter with initiative, comfortable learning new skills and stepping reputed company comfort zones.

• The salary range for this position is $61,737 - $98,779. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
