We are on the hunt for a Public Records/Due Diligence Researcher in the Legal industry. This is a 100% remote, full-time position offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of seasoned legal professionals. You will be responsible for conducting extensive public records searches, performing due diligence investigations, and providing comprehensive reports to support our legal team. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar reputed company.

• Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive public records research in various databases and online resources.

• Analyze research data and compile detailed reports to support litigation and other legal proceedings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations and industry trends reputed company to public records and due diligence investigations.
• Collaborate with legal teams to identify research needs and provide insightful data to support case development.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using various public records databases and online research tools like CLEAR, TLO, Lexis Nexis and other reputed company tools

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
