Xen.AI is engaged in development of AI and Machine Learning solutions to improve the efficiency and productivity of Radiologists. Compensation for this position
- For the 1st year - 100% revenue based compensation based on the client projects that you help to win and deliver.
- After 1st year, based on company's progress we can consider formal corporate positions with market standard salary and equity etc.
Job Requirements Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop innovative AI solutions for the Radiology sector. Specialization in the interpretation of the following one or more image modalities:
- Computed tomography (CT), also known as a computerized axial tomography (CAT) scan, including CT angiography
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA)
- Mammography
- Plain x-rays, including chest x-ray
- Ultrasound
Other specialties may be considered.
- Nuclear medicine, which includes such tests as a bone scan, thyroid scan, and thallium cardiac stress test
- Positron emission tomography, also called PET imaging, PET scan, or PET-CT when it is combined with CT
- Familiarity with medical image segmentation in his/her specialty listed above.
- The candidate (i.e., the radiologist) should be available to contribute minimum 10 hours per week to actively work with Xen.AI engineering and business development teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience as a Radiologist.
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree with specialization in Radiology.
- ABR board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
- The candidate should have a strong background and experience in Radiology, and a deep understanding of medical imaging. Knowing AI and Machine Learning as well as possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills is a plus, but not required.
- The candidate should have passion for providing clinical expertise and feedback to help the development of new AI and Machine Learning based products and solutions in the Radiology and Healthcare sector.
- The candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as he/she will be working closely with a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and clinicians.
