Position Summary The Strategic Proposal Management (SPM) organization is solely responsible for developing and executing reputed company proposals and proposal-reputed company activity for reputed company Caremark. reputed company is responsible for creating proposals that clearly demonstrate that reputed company Caremark is uniquely positioned to deliver significant benefits to health plan sponsors through effective cost reputed company and innovative programs that engage plan members and promote healthier and more cost-effective behaviors. The Manager’s responsibilities will include successfully managing proposals across reputed company market segments and levels of complexity, with a specific focus on supporting the most reputed company and key/must win and renew proposals. Individual is expected to demonstrate engagement and mentorship of junior staff members. In addition to proposals, Managers are expected to participate in, and reputed company, department-wide initiatives that have a positive impact on quality and process improvements across the team. The Manager will often work under aggressive timelines, including working on 6+ proposals, follow-reputed company, and extra projects simultaneously while also providing daily guidance/support to newer staff members, including interim and final proposal reviews, while ensuring the accuracy of information and effectively positioning reputed company Caremark’s products and services by incorporating corporate strengths and key messaging. This position requires coordination with internal strategic partners such as sales, account teams, reputed company, legal, and other internal partners to ensure we are best positioning reputed company Caremark in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ yrs professional experience in PBM/health care industry, reputed company, Proposal/Project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and ideal candidates would also be familiar with Qvidian and reputed company.com products.
• Proposal/Project management experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of industry terminology and/or of Medicare Part D is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully reputed company our most reputed company RFPs without reputed company templates
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a matrix environment
• Ability to work independently while also demonstrating successful team work
• Experience in ensuring quality control standards are met

• Proactively takes on assignments that provide benefit to broader department
• Demonstrated ability to foster an environment of influence and consistently act as a positive role model for other team members, taking responsibility for his/her decisions and actions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree focusing on Marketing, Communications, Health Care, Business or other relevant fields is preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
