Role Description Nells Constructors is seeking candidates with extensive experience in ground-up commercial construction, including Restaurant, Automotive Services, Fuel Station/Convenience Store, and Retail projects. The Project Manager will manage projects in the eastern portion of the United States. Education and/or Experience · Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with at least 5 years of experience in ground-up new construction. · Proven experience of successfully completing ground-up commercial construction projects ranging from $1-5MM. · Ability to read, understand, and apply standard and reputed company construction documents. · In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles. · Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. · Proficient knowledge of reputed company 365, with heavy emphasis in reputed company and Project. · Intermediate reputed company level with technology and computer systems. · Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. · Experience with Bluebeam is a plus. · Ability to learn client online portals and navigate with ease. · Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. · A team player with strong leadership abilities. · Extensive previous experience managing budgets for construction projects. · Excellent organizational skills and time management ability. · Ability to multitask. · Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
