Requirements

• Deep expertise in CFTC reputed company Core Principles and experience designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive compliance program reputed company a regulated financial or trading environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries, including direct engagement with regulatory bodies.
• Strong understanding of market surveillance, anti-abuse prevention, financial resource requirements, and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Engineering, Product, Information reputed company, and Finance teams.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach, comfortable taking ownership and driving execution in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
