[Remote] Business Analyst- Small Business Association (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Select Computing, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to work on implementing capabilities for an enterprise financial software system and web application. The role involves analyzing requirements, developing user stories, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success reputed company an Agile product development team.

Responsibilities

• Critically reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs, ultimately producing clear user stories, documentation, and other deliverables such as use cases, flow diagram, architecture diagrams etc
• Facilitates discussions with the right stakeholders to clarify the scope. Works closely with product owners and managers to convert business requirements use cases into actionable tasks for the development team
• Writes high quality user stories and ensures stories are refined and pointed in a timely manner to reputed company planned milestones
• Leads and executes efforts to produce documentation reputed company to system information architecture and processes which may include: technical requirements, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, high-level test cases, requirements traceability matrices, flow charts, wireframes/mockups, user stories, and use case documentation
• Conducts presentations and communicates product features to both technical and non-technical communities and aids in the coordination and communication of cross-team initiatives
• Paving and planning for technical project execution, tracking, presenting, and incorporating data-driven metrics to drive improvements, defining and recording reputed company and future business processes and identifying potential improvements. The position will require working closely with Program and Project Managers and Project Architect / Technical reputed company
• Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders to help coordinate agile across the large program
• Work with Product reputed company to ensure a groomed, quality Agile backlog Maintain project life-cycle documentation and tactical and strategic project tracking systems, primarily reputed company Confluence, Jira, and Portfolio
• Prepare and deliver status updates, working sessions, and program area updates

Skills

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree
• THREE (3) or more years of experience as a Business Analyst working on agile software development projects
• Solid understanding of Agile development life cycle and knowledge in both Agile and traditional project management
• Ability to communicate reputed company technical problems to a non-technical audience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to maintain a big-picture vision while defining reputed company detailed requirements
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in MS reputed company and MS PowerPoint, Visio or equivalent
• Experience working on a pilot phase implementation, including the ability to reputed company with customer to help clearly define scope and requirements
• Experience with federal government systems
• Experience working on, coordinating, and communicating on cross-team initiatives
• Familiar with information technology architecture, governance, and data exchange
• Should be local to area and willing to onsite as needed
