This finance role is responsible for maintaining the financial reputed company and accuracy of assigned vendor funds programs. Location: This role is approved to be either Remote reputed company the United States or Hybrid in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy. Responsibilities:

• Financial accounting responsibilities include the calculation of rebate receivable and inventory reserve for vendor programs.
• Program description optimization – reputed company recommendations to sourcing regarding changes to vendor agreements to enhance reputed company.
• Program tier optimization - regularly track and suggest alternative purchasing plans to effectively reputed company purchasing tiers and reputed company reputed company.
• Connect with vendors to ensure compliance with sourcing agreements, resolve issues and streamline the process.
• Provide direction to accounting department regarding the allocation of payments to individual business divisions.
• Assist in the creation of sourcing agreements to ensure that agreements are clear and understood by reputed company parties.
• Ensure that negotiated vendor program details are accurately reflected in rebate calculation software.
• Reconcile vendor payments against defined program parameters to ensure receipt of accurate and timely payment.
• Analyze and compare vendor submitted information to our internal information to ensure that reputed company eligible purchases are included in the rebate calculation.
• Responsible for collection of vendor payments and supporting data.
• Meet with category managers on a regular basis to update them on the status of their respective programs.
• Communicate with category managers and Finance on vendor program status and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years experience ideal in this area or reputed company field.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The specific reputed company will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $3,899.70 - $7,333.70 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for reputed company other roles.
