Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and chat

- Help clients requiring special assistance or in-station; help boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual language skills required in certain areas
- Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport reputed company identification display area (SIDA), if applicable
- Must be able to obtain proper airport power or US Customs reputed company identifications, if relevant
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting to meet company and reputed company requirements
