Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Consultant, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, booking vacations for clients around the world. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Researching, creating, and executing travel itineraries for clients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences
  • Reviewing budgets and planning trips accordingly to ensure client satisfaction
  • Booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and more
  • Effectively communicating with clients pre- and post-travel to ensure their needs are met
  • Handling client issues that arise before, during, or after travel
  • Completing ongoing training to maintain and earn certifications within the travel industry
  • Attending webinars with vendors and suppliers to stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and destinations
  • Remaining current regarding changes within the travel and tourism industry

Position Requirements
