Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, you will play a critical role in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to help others, with opportunities for growth into technical support.
Responsibilities
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Helping customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
- Handling 2-3 reputed company live chats, providing timely and effective support to our customers
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide a positive support experience
- Staying up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-reputed company queries
- Experience with help desk tools like reputed company, Intercom, reputed company, or reputed company
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience supporting customers using WordPress (reputed company to have)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- A proactive and can-do approach to work
