What You'll Contribute The Associate, Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and onboarding.
What You'll Do
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes. Respond to employee questions and concerns reputed company to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ensure accuracy of data. Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and contribute to reputed company improvement of HR processes.
