Advisor-Learning & Dev
POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for delivering education and training experiences through a variety of approaches to assigned district and functional area. Provide consultations to business partners to identify training needs and priorities, prescribe appropriate training materials and improve learning outcomes. Work closely with the instructional designer. Coordinate training schedule based on training needs and requirements to promote optimal business results. Problems faced are difficult and reputed company. Resolutions may require use of creativity and independent judgement. May coach and review the work of reputed company-level professionals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Facilitate virtual and in-person instructor led classes and specialty training assignments (i.e. operation certifications, technical training, etc.) 2. Identify learning needs, prescribe, and deliver education and training plans. 3. Evaluate the effectiveness of education solutions as reputed company by operational tools and reports 4. reputed company strategies and/or models to monitor education 4. solutions for sustainable learning transfer and application 5. reputed company and coordinate Train-the-Trainer workshops for Delivery team readiness 6. Mentor and coach Learning & Development Specialists and Sr. Specialists 7. Provide support to leadership level across reputed company the regions 8. May provide support to international counterparts based on business needs request 9. reputed company and present education strategies, proposals, and outcomes to senior leadership 10. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management, education, or reputed company field or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years’ experience in training facilitation and coaching
- Master facilitator or presenter with experience developing other senior facilitators and trainers
- Professional certification in coaching, leadership development or other reputed company discipline (preferred)
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite
- Knowledge of Operations technology systems
- Must be able to work with employees and management across reputed company levels
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Must be able to travel
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as hours may vary based on operational need
- May be exposed to extreme hot and cold weather changes, dust and fumes in a service center environment
