What Will You Do?

• Leadership & Delivery

- 7+ years in engineering leadership roles focused on data and AI technologies - Proven experience managing and scaling cross-functional data teams (5–8+ direct reports) - Strong track record in hiring, mentoring, and developing technical talent - Experience delivering reputed company data programmes in high-growth or consulting environments

• Technical Expertise
