At ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting reputed company medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What you will be doing

• Reviewing and analyzing reputed company, agreements, and legal documents reputed company to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships.
• Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and reputed company strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.
• Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-reputed company matters, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a reputed company field; advanced degree or certification in Contract Management or a relevant discipline preferred.
• Preferred Experience: Attorney in law with good understanding of clinical trial contracting.
• Strong computer and presentation skills i.e. MS Office
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a reputed company field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements reputed company to clinical trials and vendor agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate reputed company contractual issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
