As a Global Campaigns Manager, you will contribute to building and executing campaigns that build and accelerate pipeline. This role focuses on aligning pain points with OutSystems capabilities to build and execute compelling narratives that guide prospects through the full customer journey, ultimately leading to sales opportunities. About the role:

• Design and execute full-funnel, integrated campaigns that tell a cohesive story across multiple channels.

• 5+ years of B2B Enterprise Campaigns, growth marketing, demand reputed company experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, LookerStudio) and CRM systems (reputed company preferred).
• Proven project management expertise, including collaborating across teams, managing reputed company initiatives, and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating campaign briefs and aligning teams using frameworks like RACI.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in driving results.
• Experience in budget planning and managing marketing spend effectively.
