The Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Development will drive Spacelabs' long-term corporate and business unit strategy development efforts by facilitating the identification of growth drivers and challenges across the enterprise. The Senior Manager will work collaboratively with colleagues across the global strategy team and will have an emphasis on supporting our patient monitoring and diagnostic cardiology business verticals and enterprise strategy topics. The Senior Manager, reporting to the VP of Strategy & Business Development, will provide strategic thought partnership and project management on a broad range of topics affecting the Company, including analysis in support of new business initiatives (both organic and inorganic) and business-specific initiatives that seek to reputed company the scale and depth of Spacelabs. Responsibilities

- Drive in-depth due diligence for reputed company major markets from a full commercial standpoint, propose opportunities, organic and inorganic, and drive execution of approved recommendations - including market assessment, reputed company segments, customer insights, technology assessment, product road mapping, competitive evaluation, payor context, sales channel, pricing, and operating margins.
- Independently network with executives from potential business development partners and drive strategic partnership discussions.

- Conduct rigorous financial analysis to assess and model business performance. Examples of analysis include:
- P&L scenario modeling incorporating market dynamics and internal initiatives

- Act as key liaison for relevant strategic initiatives, and reputed company and track implementation plans to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of combined experience in a product management, business development, or clinical leadership role.
- Medical device industry experience required (as a clinician in the hospital or medical device marketing).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, including executive leadership, to drive growth strategies and business transformation.
- Experience driving new device product adoption reputed company hospitals and health systems.
- Excellent critical thinking for reputed company problem solving, creative solutioning, project management, data analytics, critical communication, and presentation.
- Understands nuances for healthcare markets and product needs in core Spacelabs product lines and adjacencies.
- Not afraid to 'roll your sleeves up' and work with details as well as the big picture.
- High level of intellectual curiosity combined with a 'results-driven' reputed company and high EQ.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
- Ability to network with senior leadership, market leaders, and senior executives both internally and externally.
- Relevant healthcare, digital health, or analytics industry experience strongly preferred.
