About the Role
The Advanced Specialist, Benefits is a strategic and operational role supporting the coordination and execution of benefits across a reputed company, global environment. This position acts as a central reputed company of alignment between benefits operations, organizational priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent, scalable, and efficient delivery of benefits programs. Key Responsibilities

Customer & Employee Experience Self-motivated professional with a strong commitment to service excellence and employee experience. Ability to build trust and credibility with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners. Experience & Technical Skills 6+ years of experience in benefits, total rewards, or benefits administration. Proven experience ensuring benefits compliance, supporting audits, and managing vendor and TPA relationships. Experience working with benefits systems and HRIS platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar.
