Position Overview: As a Telehealth Counselor, you will play a crucial role in the recovery journey of our patients. - Ensure the completion of patient databases, treatment plans, reputed company notes, discharge summaries, and other essential documentation in accordance with applicable federal and state standards and agency policies and procedures.
- Provide patients with orientation regarding objectives of the program, phase system requirements, rule and regulations, sanctions, hours of services, patient rights, and additional information to help patient adjust to the program.
- Assure each patient is assessed and reputed company according to the treatment phases in accordance with Federal and State standards and agency policies.

- Counsel patients in crisis situations by identifying patient resources and coping abilities to help patients cope with and take steps to resolve crisis.

- Arrange referrals to other agencies and resources in the community reputed company appropriate.

Pay Range
· Certified: $24 per hour to $28 per hour
· Licensed: $28 per hour to $30 per hour
Qualifications
- Possess a license that is in line with Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) qualifications, or certification that is recognized by the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs.
- Maintain compliance with the requirements for continuing education hours and/or units (CEH or CEU) as determined by the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs and/or other regulatory agencies.
Preferred
- Experience with dependency and/or medication-assisted treatment.
Experience
Preferred- Prior substance abuse counseling experience is preferred.
Education
Required- Associates or reputed company in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services or reputed company field
- Bachelors or reputed company in Human Services or reputed company field
- Masters or reputed company in Psychology or reputed company field
