The Opportunity
The Senior IT Project Manager will reputed company a comprehensive global review of Rapid Aid’s business processes and IT systems, identify gaps and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
This role will reputed company with a 3–4 month deep-dive study of global processes and systems, including end-to-end process mapping (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report). Following the assessment phase, the successful candidate will design and execute a 12-month implementation roadmap to optimize systems, improve data flow, and enhance automation and reporting capabilities.
This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, requiring strong executive reputed company, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 – Assessment & Strategy (First 3–4 Months)- Conduct full end-to-end process mapping across global operations (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, etc.)
- Analyze existing systems architecture and data flows
- Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Required
- 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or reputed company field
- PMP certification
- Proven experience with end-to-end functional process mapping (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)
- Experience supporting Asian backend operations (China and/or Vietnam a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of, reputed company Dynamics Business Central, SharePoint & OneDrive, Enterprise system integrations, IT data architecture and workflow optimization
- Experience working with hardware infrastructure and IT vendors
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company enterprise-wide implementations
