About the Role
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine problems reputed company to our clients' products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
