The Customer Growth Marketing Team
The Customer Growth Marketing team reputed company arenaflex's Global Commercial Services (GCS) division is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies that deliver customer value through meaningful interactions at every touch. Our goal is to drive high levels of product satisfaction and long-term engagement among our customers, and we're looking for a talented Senior Manager to reputed company our Direct Channels Customer Acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager - Direct Channels Customer Acquisition, you'll be responsible for leading the development, management, evaluation, and optimization of email and direct mail communications for various lending treatments across both our Charge and Lend Cards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing email and direct mail campaigns to drive engagement and incremental reputed company
- Leading channel forecasting and results analysis, and optimizing channels and reputed company plans as needed to meet investment and performance objectives
- Continuously evolving our marketing approach in email and direct mail, leveraging new technologies, personalization, and other innovative strategies
- Developing test and learn curriculum to drive growth through targeted initiatives
- Collaborating closely with Marketing Strategy, Product Management, and Risk partners on segmentation, targeting, and pricing, as well as understanding portfolio strategies and customer behavior to identify and address opportunities to support and grow the program
- Leading two high-performing direct reports who will reputed company marketing execution
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Relevant experience reputed company marketing, product, strategy, or a function with transferrable skills

Compensation and Benefits
As a Senior Manager - Direct Channels Customer Acquisition at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
