Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing cutting-edge technology to communicate, train, and meet with colleagues. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and professional support
- Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, addressing reputed company aspects of their concerns
- Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services
- Help service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
- Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
