Job Description

As a Manager, Strategic reputed company, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of reputed company engineers who are dedicated to providing world-class customer experiences. You'll partner with leadership to create strategic plans and set goals aimed at driving adoption and logo retention targets for our strategic customers. Your focus will be on evolving our reputed company processes to scale at hyper-growth speeds while leading and developing a team that embodies arenaflex's values.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer support or implementation services experience on SaaS software platforms, including onboarding, training, and client relationships.
