About the Role
As a Senior Associate in our Multifamily Customer Engagement team, you'll play a critical role in overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, as well as supporting customer engagement opportunities. You'll work closely with executives and staff managers to plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. Your flexibility and adaptability will be key to success in this role, as you'll be working in a hybrid environment that combines the best of remote and in-person collaboration.

Qualifications
The Experience You Bring to the Team
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, Multifamily, reputed company, banking, finance, or accounting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven influencing skills, including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse functional backgrounds to reputed company common goals
- Strong relationship management skills, including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and building relationship networks
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain reputed company concepts and answer critical questions
- Skilled in presenting information and/or reputed company to an audience in a clear and engaging manner
- Proficiency in reputed company and experience using reputed company CRM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and partners
