Job Summary
As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Administration, you will be part of a team that provides inventory plan management by performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. You will also process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan matching proportion awards, review fairness transaction activity, and support fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans
- Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan matching proportion awards
- Review fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
- Support fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities
- Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Review and maintain fairness management methods and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a similar field preferred
- Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (reputed company in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
