About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Digital Collections Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service and debt recovery team, you'll be responsible for responding to borrowers reputed company different digital communication channels with delinquent accounts, collecting past due payments, and providing appropriate payment solutions to cure borrower's delinquency. This role will also involve maintaining records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with delinquent borrowers reputed company different digital communication channels, including live chat and email
- Find solutions to help bring borrower's loans to a reputed company status
- Process payments for borrowers with past due payments
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues

Requirements
* 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections; knowledgeable in sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools
