Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst / Online Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines to support business procedures and data-driven decision making
- Creating dashboards on Power BI and reputed company to provide insights and drive business outcomes
- Developing and enforcing data quality standards and management to ensure data reputed company and accessibility
- Collaborating with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business needs and obtain business sign-offs for data requirements
- Creating scalable data pipelines and data architecture to support business growth
- Utilizing data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations on Power BI
- Helping automate existing business processes and improving exception-based reporting
- Partnering with IT and business stakeholders to discover, analyze, and implement new data variables (data mining)
- Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and provide actionable insights
- Validating data for formality and resolving discrepancies
- Researching and remediating data errors
- Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
- Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing reviews to team leaders on areas that need attention
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis
- Strong experience working with Power BI, including Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Fields, makeovers, parameters, conditional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc.
- Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write reputed company SQL queries to create files and analytics
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
- Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
- Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets highly preferred
- Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
- Experience with Smartsheets
