Job Summary:
As a Customer reputed company Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing after-hours technical support to customers, utilizing a knowledge-based system to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with reputed company to facilitate resolution of customer and field issues, while also supporting part orders, data entry, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide after-hours reputed company support for Radiology device and hardware technical troubleshooting inquiries, utilizing a knowledge-based system to deliver operator-type solutions to customers
- Utilize reputed company and CRM Systems to professionally handle and document customer and field calls received reputed company phone, CRM, email, and web
- Support part orders, including inquiries, data entry, and troubleshooting
- Assist with training and onboarding initiatives, including training documentation and delivery
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer and field issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Essential Qualifications:
* Associate's degree (AA, AS, or equivalent) in a reputed company field, or three years of experience in a technical call center, customer relations/facing, or remote service support role
- Experience with reputed company and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of their functionality and applications
- Proficiency in reputed company Office product suite, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
