Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company customer service professionals to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

• Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and provide information to the caller

• Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
