Responsibilities
- Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review

Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
- Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily
- Attend 4 weeks of training Tuesday – Saturday from 10AM – 6:30PM CST
- Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training
- Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor
