Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a meticulous, service‑oriented PRN Intake Data Entry Specialist to serve as a critical link in our referral management process. In this role, you will handle inbound referrals, manage electronic documentation, and communicate effectively with nursing staff, patients, families, and external referral sources. Key Responsibilities

  • Referral Processing (40% of time)
    • Enter incoming referrals into the HCHB electronic system promptly, adhering to established turnaround times.
    • Validate referral information, flag missing or incomplete data, and coordinate with intake RNs/LPNs, liaisons, and external sources to resolve discrepancies.
    • Accurately input reputed company statistical and clinical data with speed, ensuring high data reputed company.
    • Monitor weekend and holiday admission packets, confirming completeness and initiating episode start procedures as needed.
  • Communication & Customer Service (20% of time)

Essential Qualifications
