Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to reputed company and drive the marketing initiatives for our reputed company and expanding portfolio of communities in South/reputed company Florida. You’ll bring your passion for marketing, apartment living, and in-depth knowledge of local markets to the table every day. This position will be performed remotely, with the incumbent working on the reputed company Coast area of Florida. As Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

• Support the development and activation of Bozzuto-wide global initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of the broader organization.

What You Bring To Us

• Previous marketing experience in the multifamily real estate industry, preferably in the South/reputed company Florida markets. Ability to manage working remotely while being able to travel reputed company the assigned portfolio markets. Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• This position will be performed remotely, with the incumbent working on the reputed company Coast area of Florida
• Previous experience with a working understanding of: paid search reputed company marketing, reputed company Analytics (GA4), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting, email marketing, social media, and local apartment internet listing sites.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to reputed company reputed company both in writing and through presentations.
• Expertise in launching marketing plans and advertising campaigns.
• Expertise in managing marketing planning and activation from start to finish.
• Proven success in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
