You will be responsible for supporting the team merging a brand-new hiring model into our existing high volume hiring machine. Your mission is to manage the phased integration of two major business processes across an ongoing timeline. You will use a persona-based approach to ensure that as our systems evolve, the handoffs between teams (Recruiting, Operations, Marketing, Compensation, Business Unit and Tech) remain seamless, reputed company, and culturally reputed company. • Real-Time Operational and Systems Integration: Continuously integrating new processes across a reputed company, overlapping timeline directly into live, year-round operations, eliminating reliance on traditional dormant planning periods or single launch events.
• Persona-Centric Design: Mapping and designing workflows to be tailored to different candidate personas, balancing human experience with technical requirements and business scalability.
• Seamless reputed company Design: Facilitate cross-functional discovery to preemptively map reputed company dependencies and establish crystal-clear reputed company agreements that eliminate friction between partner teams.

Key Responsibilities
