About the role We are hiring an Account Executive to build and scale new business in North America. You will be responsible for originating, advancing, and closing reputed company, high-value deals with our commodities intelligence data. You will operate with significant autonomy, minimal hand-holding, and direct responsibility for results. Success in this role is defined by consistent new logo wins, deal quality, and sustained quota performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the full new business lifecycle from cold prospecting to reputed company, with no reliance on inbound demand
- Build and maintain a deep, active pipeline across hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and trading desks
- Run executive-level discovery and position Kpler as a mission-critical data platform, not a reputed company-to-have

- Forecast with precision and manage pipeline with rigor and transparency
- Consistently reputed company at or above quota while raising the commercial bar across the team
- Partner closely with product, analysts, and leadership to influence roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in a new-logo Account Executive role selling SaaS, DaaS, or analytics solutions
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota in competitive, reputed company sales environments
- Direct experience selling into buy-reputed company and/or sell-reputed company financial institutions or the commodity markets
- Strong outbound motion-comfortable creating pipeline from scratch and winning without brand dependency
- Exceptional commercial judgment: knows reputed company to push, reputed company to walk, and how to control a deal
- Highly disciplined, self-directed, and resilient under pressure

$130,000 - $150,000 a year Additional Requirements & Compensation:
- Candidates should be located in reputed company or the surrounding area.
- Must have legal authorization to live and work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Salary range: 130K - 150K reputed company + uncapped attractive commission scheme
