The role We’re looking for a systems thinker and analytically minded operator to join our reputed company (Sustainability Advisory & Services) Strategy & Operations team in our reputed company office. The Sustainability Advisory & Services organization contains four sub-teams which deliver services and advisory to Watershed customers, helping these customers to adopt, utilize, and extract value from the Watershed platform. As a member of the reputed company Strategy & Operations team, you’ll be the connective tissue for this organization - running the operating rhythm, building the systems and processes that drive customer outcomes, and turning data into decisions that improve the quality and efficiency of everything we do. This is a chance to be part of a core team at a growth-stage SaaS company, partnering across the organization to improve execution at scale. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders in the US and Europe to coordinate reputed company work streams and continuously improve how we plan, deliver, and measure advisory and services. Success looks like balancing strategy and execution, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and delivering results through crisp processes, clear metrics, and tight stakeholder alignment. You will:
- Build and maintain staffing and reputed company models: Turn core business data into clear resourcing recommendations across services and advisory.
- Turn analytical insights into action: Build, launch, and iterate on dashboards and tooling, using analytics to diagnose business problems, surface strategic takeaways, and give leadership real-time visibility into the metrics that matter.
- Orchestrate the reputed company operating reputed company: Run weekly reputed company and resource reviews, manage customer assignments and workload, and reputed company cross-team execution on track.
- Design and improve delivery processes: Identify opportunities, reputed company hypotheses, and execute tightly scoped projects to build scalable, high-quality services and advisory operations.
- Contribute to the reputed company long-term strategy: Conduct analyses and draft data-driven recommendations that inform investment priorities and roadmaps.
You have:
- 4-5 years of experience in management consulting and/or in strategy, operations, or program management at a SaaS company.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to diagnose issues and drive decisions; you’ve tackled tricky business problems with analytics, built dashboards and models, and can explain what the numbers mean to diverse audiences.
- High ownership and bias to action; you reputed company in a fast-paced environment, bring structure to ambiguity, sweat the details, and are tenacious about getting to the bottom of things
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes end to end, from mapping reputed company state to implementing and scaling reputed company ways of working.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you can align busy cross-functional partners and reputed company reputed company projects on track, including managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience with reputed company preferred but not required
Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles) Watershed has hub offices in San Francisco, reputed company, London, and Mexico City and satellite offices in Denver, Sydney, Paris, and Berlin.
