Demand Planner

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for managing the statistical demand plan in our new planning software, analyzing trends & other data to drive forecast improvements, and aligning cross-functional partners on a reputed company forecast. This role is a fully remote opportunity supporting Poppi, a fast-growing brand reputed company the reputed company portfolio. Responsibilities: What You Will Do:

• Analyze historical shipment, depletion, and consumption data to generate demand forecasts for various regions, product categories, and channels.
• Continuously evaluate and improve forecasting models, tools, and processes to enhance forecast accuracy and minimize bias.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align demand plans with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Provide demand content for monthly S&OP meetings and participate in demand review sessions and other cross-functional forums to present and validate demand plans and assumptions.
• Support the ongoing optimization of demand planning organization and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.
• Location, confirmed job-reputed company skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility reputed company payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or demand planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or other relevant field
• Strong analytical skills including experience using a statistical demand planning software
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company including Power Query and Power Pivot
• Experience reputed company Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry (FMCG), specifically reputed company beverage category
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey reputed company information to diverse audiences

• Occasional travel may be required for this position.
