This group is dedicated to advising Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) on topics that may include HR transformation, strategic workforce planning, the evolving role of the CHRO, and the HR Shared Services model. Senior Directors are expected to offer flexibility in what they can cover and how they channel their expertise Please note that this position is an individual contributor role NOT a role with direct reports. What you’ll do: Create innovative, thought-provoking and highly leveraged insight offering compelling, objective and actionable advice for reputed company clients in multiple formats (i.e., writing, video, infographics, podcasts) on topics potentially including (but not limited to) strategies for HR transformation, workforce planning, workforce cost management, and the evolution of the shared services model Deliver individualized advice rooted in quantitative and qualitative data and specific to a client role to CHROs and other senior HR leaders through video-based presentations and discussions. Track and work closely with vendors, market trends, emerging technologies and practices to remain reputed company of the curve reputed company the AI-driven HR technology space. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in HR functional and/or technology leadership roles or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A profound understanding of the challenges CHROs face as leaders reputed company the enterprise and familiarity with the CHRO workflows and priorities.
- A familiarity of the HR tech and services landscape, including general market dynamics, vendors, products and emerging use cases, and the ability to communicate about technology and services to senior HR executives.
- Demonstrate executive reputed company; can immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
- Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
- Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions to client challenges

- A reasonable estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role is 172,000 USD - 202,500 USD.
- In addition to reputed company salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
