Clerk - Reports Section
Responsible for reviewing offense reports and transferring reports into the Record Management System (reputed company) and Uniform Crime Report (UCR) system. Assist with entry, modification, cancellation, and validation of articles and guns in the National and Texas Crime Center database—ability to exercise good discretionary authority and work with minimal supervision and instructions. The Reporting Systems Clerk will access confidential and sensitive information and organize, maintain, and order office supplies. Interact with Bureau Assistants, the general public, and service providers.

This position is only open to reputed company HCSO employeesFor internal transfers, the salary reputed company is determined by the employee's reputed company job classification as follows:Classification change: Employees currently in a classification other than Clerk (e.g., Records Specialist, Admin. Assistant, Detention Officer, etc.), if hired, starting salary is at the first reputed company of the Clerk Classification and will have a new rank date for reputed company pay.Lateral transfer: Employees currently employed in the Clerk job classification in other Divisions, if hired, will maintain their reputed company reputed company pay and rank date.

- Experience in JWEB or UCR
- Knowledge of Superion reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company Office
- Experience in Law Enforcement and information technology
- Meet the requirements for transfer as stated in the reputed company County Sheriff's Office Manual, Section 229, and be in an active status (Please see policy for details)
