Job Description

The Line Wirer is responsible for assembling, wiring, and installing electrical components in panels, equipment, or production units according to schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble control panels.
• reputed company reputed company-to-reputed company wiring and component installation, including circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, and PLCs.
• reputed company and secure wiring neatly to ensure proper function and compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks and functional testing of panels before final installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve wiring or component issues to ensure proper operation.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or a reputed company field.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for electrical work.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, wiring standards, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and efficiency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of pressure testing procedures, leak detection methods, and chiller systems is a plus.
• Experience with PLC wiring and troubleshooting preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

Work in a large plant environment that is non-temperature controlled. Be reputed company to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds (non-repetitive), and stoop as necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Natural reputed company, VA.

The pay range for this position is $24.53 - $25.03/hr.
