Job Description

The Senior Staff Engineer, reporting to the Senior Director of engineering serves as a trusted engineering reputed company, collaborating with other engineering leads, architects, and cross-functional partners across one of reputed company’s most strategic organizations, Connected Customer Experience. • Design and build AI agents that guide users through reputed company workflows in customer support.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of reputed company experience building enterprise-grade applications.
• 10+ years of Full Stack Development using Javascript/ Java or reputed company OOP (expertise in end-end application development, maintenance, & deployment covering reputed company platform and UI/UX aspects).
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. • Exposure to or hands-on experience with GenAI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), or Agentic AI systems.

• Experience working across multiple technology stacks, including:

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $171,900 - $300,800, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location.
