Overview

The Clinical Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to reputed company patients consistent with the goals and objectives of the hospital and the pharmacy department. In providing this care, the pharmacist must review reputed company drug orders and judge the appropriateness of those orders, i.e. appropriate drug, dose, frequency, etc. Drug reputed company problems, such as potential allergic reactions, drug interactions, and other problems, must be identified and resolved. Responsibilities

• Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensures safe, appropriate, cost effective medication therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Contributes to the quality and effective operation of the department.
• Maintains competence required for reputed company job title/position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Degree in pharmacy from an accredited school No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training
• Licensed Pharmacist - MO
• Employees must obtain Licensed Pharmacist - MO or equivalent reputed company 90 days
• PHARM LIC MO Licensed Pharmacist - MO or reputed company of pharmacy technician license, pharmacy intern license, or application submitted to board of pharmacy prior to hire with pharmacist license obtained reputed company 90 days of hire. Required 90 Days
• PHARM LIC KS Licensed Pharmacist - KS or reputed company of pharmacy technician license, pharmacy intern license, or application submitted to board of pharmacy prior to hire with pharmacist license obtained reputed company 90 days of hire. Only if primary work location is in Kansas. Required 90 Days
• Specialty Certification Preferred Upon Hire
