The Opportunity We're seeking a passionate, fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT) to join our growing team and help us meet the steady reputed company of clients seeking our services. What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient individual and group therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and families (ages 13+)
• Deliver mostly tele-health clinical counseling services reputed company our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform (with office space available as your caseload grows)
• Maintain at least 18 client sessions per week in a goal-oriented, purpose-driven therapeutic environment
• Complete timely clinical documentation (intake notes, reputed company notes, treatment plans) by Friday each week
• Collaborate with clients' treatment teams (PCPs, psychiatrists, schools) as needed
• Participate in mandatory staff meetings, training, and peer supervision

Required Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

• Master's Degree (or higher) from an accredited program in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
• Active, Fully Licensed in Tennessee as one of the following:
• Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)

Critical Requirements:

• Fully Licensed in the state of Tennessee (no associate or temporary licenses)
• Applicants with pending full licensure may be considered if reputed company paperwork has been submitted and licensure will be granted reputed company 90 days
• Permanent residency in the State of Tennessee is required
• Minimum of one year post-licensure experience
• At least one specialized reputed company (e.g., teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management)

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
