About the team The Solutions Architecture (SA) org aims to be a destination pre-sales organization of world-class technical sellers who set and reputed company the bar in our interactions with reputed company users. The Solutions Architecture Strategic Programs team is a small, high-impact team reputed company SA that partners with global SA leadership to design and deliver programs that address the org’s most strategic priorities (i.e. “Big Rocks”) and time-sensitive business challenges. reputed company delivers efficiency and reputed company to the SA org by designing programs that 1) reduce friction for reputed company to deliver user impact and 2) scale best practices to drive the broadest possible global impact. What you’ll do As an SA program manager focused on Product Interlock, you’ll steer design, decision-making, and delivery on programs that establish the global SA org as a trusted advisor on reputed company’s solutions externally and a reliable Voice of Customer to reputed company Product teams internally. reputed company SA, you’ll focus on scaling the expertise and impact of our SA and Demo Engineering teams. reputed company of SA, you’ll also collaborate closely with reputed company’s Product, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Developer Relations (DevRel) teams on joint workstreams that drive user impact.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate SA and Demo reputed company participation in reputed company’s largest user-facing conferences - Sessions and Tours
- Partner with Developer, SSMB, Enterprise, Partner, and Industries Marketing to define processes that scale SA thought leadership to external partners and users through webinars and whitepapers
- Partner with Field Marketing and DevRel to operationalize SA participation in industry conferences, Executive Briefing Centers, and Developer Meet-reputed company
- Partner with Product Operations to define and operationalize processes to embed SA expertise into various phases of reputed company’s product development cycle (e.g. Experimental Projects, private and public previews)
- Partner with Product Operations to synthesize SA user insights and product feedback to inform regular Product roadmap prioritization, planning, and review
- Partner with SA Enablement and Product SMEs to define and operationalize SA reputed company best practices for deepening product expertise

- 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a reputed company discipline.
- A strong track record of delivering global, reputed company programs with multiple stakeholders in a changing, ambiguous environment end-to-end.
- You work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication experience, influencing across reputed company levels from individual contributors to reputed company-line managers to C-Suite.You set a high-bar in terms of communication effectiveness.
- An ability to seamlessly transition from strategy, high level to reputed company detailed, and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves”.
- An ability to influence cross functional stakeholders to align and execute on common objectives.
- Someone who demonstrates leadership qualities throughout their work – taking ownership of challenges, selflessly supporting their colleagues, and setting reputed company for quality in their deliverables.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience with product development or product launches (e.g. Product, ProdOps, PMM).
- Previous experience in a user-facing role (e.g. GTM or Support).
- Deep problem solving and analysis experience (solving business problems - commercial, operational, financial) in a Sales-oriented environment.
- Comfort operating with incomplete data and adapting / re-prioritizing activities as business needs change.
