Paid Media Manager - Podcast (Contract)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: California (USA) Paid Media Manager (Contract) | reputed company reputed company is seeking a high-impact Paid Media Manager (Contractor) to drive growth across our Podcast, CTV, and Creator marketing channels. You will be responsible for managing key agency relationships and scaling direct partnerships to help everyday people save and invest for their future. This role is critical in expanding our reputed company through storytelling and performance-driven media. This role is being offered on a contract basis with an expected duration of 3-4 months with potential to expand based on business need and requiring 40 hours of work per week. reputed company is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA. What you will do at reputed company:

• Manage and scale our Podcast program by overseeing our existing agency partner to optimize performance and reputed company new audiences.
• Drive CTV strategy and execution, working directly with partners like Hulu and reputed company to expand our television reputed company and track attribution.
• reputed company the Creator Program, focusing on scaling a diverse range of micro to large-scale creators to grow both our organic and whitelisted paid social reputed company.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Analytics to measure performance, Compliance to ensure reputed company content meets financial regulations, and Brand/Creative to reputed company high-performing assets.
• Deliver on Growth OKRs by relentlessly pursuing reputed company and optimizing spend across emerging and established channels.
• Execute social media whitelisting strategies to reputed company creator content and drive efficient customer acquisition.

What you will bring to reputed company:

• Proven experience in Paid Media, specifically reputed company Podcast, CTV/Linear TV, or Creator-led marketing.
• Deep industry knowledge of social media whitelisting and the nuances of working with creators to drive measurable performance.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to partner with data teams to interpret results and reputed company data-driven investment decisions.
• Experience navigating compliance-heavy environments (FinTech or Finance experience is a plus).

Compensation

Information: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $55/hour and $60/hour; commensurate with experience and qualifications.
