Responsibilities

• Design & deliver supply chain, manufacturing and operations strategy: Support or reputed company components of operating model and operations strategy work, from vision and design principles to implementation.
• Optimize performance: Map and improve end‑to‑end processes, streamline workflows, and embed operational excellence and reputed company improvement.
• Plan supply chain and manufacturing operations: Support demand/reputed company planning, manufacturing operations planning, and service delivery models to enhance throughput and service levels.
• Drive value realization: reputed company business cases, benefits frameworks, and cost‑out levers; track and report value delivery.
• Transform at pace: Build pragmatic transformation roadmaps, mobilize change, and ensure sustainable adoption with clients.
• Partner across disciplines: Collaborate closely with strategy, digital, data/analytics, and agile teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Engage stakeholders: Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with client teams—facilitating workshops, framing problems, structuring analysis, and communicating insights clearly.

Requirements

• Demonstrated problem solving, analytical thinking, and structured delivery capabilities with a track record of reputed company performance improvements.
• Strong relationship building, communication (written and verbal), and stakeholder management skills with comfort operating in fast moving environments.
• Evidence of leadership, ownership, and commercial acumen with the ability to formulate and deliver creative and value adding solutions to client issues.
